Rewrite Matric offers learners the opportunity to improve their National Senior Certificate results by rewriting some or all of their matric subjects. This option is often referred to as the Second Chance Programme and provides students with another opportunity to strengthen their marks and achieve their academic goals.

Through Rewrite Matric, learners can register to rewrite subjects they wish to improve, giving them the chance to qualify for further study, career opportunities or personal academic achievement. Preparing to rewrite exams also allows students to revisit key topics, strengthen their understanding and approach the exams with greater confidence.
