TAFTA
TAFTA (The Association for the Aged) is a South African non-profit organisation dedicated to improving the wellbeing and dignity of older persons. Founded in 1958, the organisation provides a range of services that support elderly people living in communities across Durban and surrounding areas.
Through TAFTA, older persons can access services such as assisted living, frail care, social work support, wellness centres and community programmes that promote active ageing and social connection. These initiatives help seniors remain independent, engaged and supported in their daily lives.
