BAAKANYANG BAGODI AGED CLUB – SKILLS AND LIVELIHOOD SUPPORT (TLAPA)
Impact: This project empowers senior citizens by creating opportunities for self-sufficiency and social engagement. The donation of a baking stove and sewing machine enables income-generating activities while encouraging participation in meaningful communal life. Reduced isolation, improved wellbeing and economic inclusion – retirement, but making it productive.
SECURING RCDT LAND FROM ILLEGAL INVASION
Impact: To protect its future development vision, RCDT secured its donated land – intended for offices and an incubation centre – by erecting protective perimeters against illegal invasion. This decisive action safeguards infrastructure, investments and long-term community benefit. Sometimes impact looks like prevention. Smart move.
KHULISA SOCIAL SOLUTIONS – DIVERSION AND EARLY INTERVENTION
Impact: This programme focuses on rehabilitating youth offenders through structured social development and life-skills training. E-MBIZO RCDT – WIFI PORTAL
Impact: This project established a community Wi-Fi network and digital platform giving residents access to vital information on education, employment, sport and community resources.
